    Since activating on March 11, the ONLY time it ever shows 4G with full bars is when I've called AT&T to question this. At no other time any where does it who 4G and always the bars are shown at 2 on a fully charged battery. I'm getting ready to return it tomorrow so if there's anyone that can help, please do. Thank you.

    It could be because of your carrier provider. I had the same problem and after contacting them the 4g service is now everytime available. You should ask them if you have coverage where you're at.
