    I am in Angola using a 8900 Blackberry with Movicel operator and every 10 to 15 minutes this message is showing up in my front screen and sometimes it blocks to keep it away.

    Those are system created messages. Move off of the prepaid plan onto a post paid plan. That would get rid of the messages.
