Can any one help me my Q5 camera, it says hardware promision how do I get it to work?

i realy need some help whit this i feel like breaking my phone whit the camera that s not working

If your Camera is not working you should first try to wipe your devise and reinstall the OS. But dont forget to do a backup of your important data first.
If this is not working you may have a hardware defect and should try to go to your phone dealer / provider and see if they can repair it or give you a new device
