    Hi all. I have a problem with my q5 my camera isn't responding only the face camera and the behind camera is not open. Please help. Thanks for any advice.

    Have you tried a reboot of device?
    Do you receive any errors or notifications?
    Have you dropped device ?
    Any recent changes to OS?
    Have you tried any downloaded camera apps from BBW?
    Try BBVE to help troubleshoot camera operation ...if all pass then you can try a reload of OS. If that fails you might have a hardware failure.
