    How do I fix my camera on my BlackBerry Bold 9930? It says "Camera Could Not Start -- Close Other Apps and Try Again"

    Please help!

    Also, there is dust under my screen... can a Verizon retailer fix that?

    Hi and welcome! When it says close and start again you have to reboot to use the camera. It usually happens when your memory had run low. Try deleting a few apps to increase available memory.
