    Hey everyone, i'm using a BlackBerry z10, running the latest official 10.2.1. Since a couple of weeks i'm having trouble with my phone, like apps not starting, disorientation between quick settings and settings app, camera not starting etc.
    I didn't take it seriously as a mere restart would fix the problem. But lately even the restart had failed to help. Like right now, I have restarted my phone 4 times but still I cant use my camera as it says "camera cant be started".
    Kindly help regarding what may be causing it and how to get rid of it..

    Have you tried backing up and reloading the OS?

    Hi. Is it a -1 model? Seems like that model has issues.

    Yes, it is an STL 100-1 model.. nd I haven't done any changes or reloading of the OS..
