    I am having BlackBerry z10 OS 10.3.1.1779. STL- 100-1. Suddenly the camera app which was in the mobile during installation disappeared. Both the primary and secondary cameras don't work. Kindly help me out to restore the camera.

    Hello have the same device and OS without this issue very odd? Suggest you back up, do a security swipe and reinstall OS via BlackBerry link with the phone connected pc. Good luck.
