I am using Z10, when first using it I have not encounter this problem but just recently after taking several pictures in continues shooting, suddenly I cannot save any picture taken to media card. So, if I set the camera to save to device then it is ok. And also if I want to move a picture from device memory to media card it says: File Can't be Moved: Permits denied.
Anybody knows this problem and how to solve it? My Z10 OS version: 10.2.1.3442

Try to formatting your sd card and then go on.

check if you can access the data on your media card first. If you can back it up then use the phone to format the card. Should fix the problem, if it doesn't check using a different card. If a different card works and your card does not after the format, then time to get a new card. Hope that helps, good luck.

Thank you. It works only after I deleted all files and re-formated. If just re-format, I still got some problems copying back to the media card.
