    I just recently started seeing this stuff in my BlackBerry Hub telling me to tap for more information. Then when I click I get this error message saying that there was a problem while opening my account . Please anybody with an idea on how to tackle this problem although I experience no difficulties while making calls on my BlackBerry z10.
