    Have you been able to receive any calls at all since your update to 10.3.3?
    If so, then try a hard reboot of device...hold power button down until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.
    If not the best you can do is try to reload the OS again.

    Unfortunately you have loaded an unofficial OS and may have to wait for BlackBerry to release the official version for some resolution.

    It also loss media apps? How can I get back? No incoming and outgoing calls,it just getting a notification that you missed a call.

    I know it will not possible to downgrade os! But when official update released i'm I able to update?

    You should be able to update when official release is out. That date is probably a few months away however.
