Dear berry, my z10 poses a caller id problem. Some of the incoming calls are shown only by numbers. Moreover +9191 is automatically added to such numbers. Please help

Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

These Caller ID problems are known issues with BB 10.2.
You can't really do anything unfortuntately: Only the next OS update has the potential to fix these annoying bugs.

By the way, if you conduct a Forums Search on CrackBerry for "caller id" and you will find 10 or 20 threads that discuss this topic. (Possibly they don't mention the +9191 part as I believe that's a regional issue.) If you're on the desktop site (from your PC) and do that search, check the Titles Only box to further refine your results. There's no such title option in CB10, just Search found in the overflow menu (3 dots) if you're on the main Forums page.

I think he OP is in India and the issue lies with the contacts app on his phone. He should be updating the contacts on his phone and this should be resolved
