Please advise. I'm using a Z10 STL100-2 and every time I'm on a call the sensor won't activate to light off the phone when it's in my ear. On my Q10 it's working fine. Is there a setting for that? Or how can I set it? Thanks

Use BBVE, BlackBerry Virtual Expert download in BlackBerry World which is a free app from BlackBerry, to test your Proximity Sensor.

Thanks for this. I checked the BBVE. The proximity sensor is unavailable. How can I enable it?

Happened to start when you upgraded to 10.3 OS?
If so it's a Software glitch

Yes, I noticed it since 10.3 updates. Am I the only one experiencing it?

You're most certainly not, even I had the issue just before I sold my Z10.

Wipe didn't fix it for me, so running an Autoloader on your device would be your best shot, restoring a backup shouldn't be a problem, too.
