All are green such as Add option and highlighting the day.

For the calendar app, you can't... it is not allowed by the OS. :/
Third party app devs can choose the colours but the end-users can't change them (unless its a feature).
What about the date on home screen? Can we change that color?

Nope, you can change the LED colour - that's it.
BB isn't "customizable" - some people will like this, others won't.
