Unfortunately you cannot. If you wish to use Flash player you would need to use a third party browser.
If you're still on 10.3.0, just go to the settings on your browser and enable flash.
Once you upgrade to 10.3.1, flash will be gone.

Good point, missed that. Thanks

How do you turn on the flash support?

I already answered your question. Go to your browser settings and toggle it on.

It will not be available in 10.3.1. Install chrome at that time.....

Thank you again. I tried switching it on but the website which is running the flash content says it requires adobe flash11.2 or above. Any possible solutions on that?

Go to settings, developer tools, turn desktop mode off..

No solution to that. Adobe stopped mobile Flash development at v11.1 in 2011. Any browser that uses the mobile flash plugin (Dolphin, Firefox, Chrome, etc) would have the same problem.
The only alternative you have is to use Photon Browser (an Android, Flash streamer app). You can get it from Google Play through Snap. It can play all flash content up to the current v16, because the flash video processing is actually done elsewhere, and the result is sent to your device - rather than processing it locally. Although it has some restrictions based on your country.

You can get Photon in the Amazon app store as well.
