    Hi everyone,

My BB Bold9900 seemed fine until today. I picked it up to check my messages, but then it shut down and restarted and when it came up my phone was completely reset. everything was gone. all my music, notes, pictures... they were all stored in the phone not in a memory card.

is there anything I can do to get my files back? please help me...

somebody said it's called a "company reset" and I can't do anything about it...

Please let me know if you have any information on this and how i can get my files back...

Did you have an automatic update set to ON and a new OS was installed?
If so and everything was on your device memory it is all gone. There isn't anyway to get that back. A regular backup is a necessity if you are not going to use an SD card.

It sounds a bit like your IT department has remote wiped the device to me. In which case, you're knackered as far as your files are concerned.
