Phone is frozen on the speaker symbol. I have pulled the battery three times, no luck. Any suggestions? Trying to hold out until the Classic comes out. Thanks.

It sounds like you may need to reload the OS, or at least try booting into Safe Mode. To do that, pull the battery and then once you put it back in, hold down the back button (the button between the track pad and the end call button) until you're prompted to boot into safe mode. It may take a while, and your fingers will get tired, but it may help you to get out of whatever lock the phone is in.

Barring that, if you have BlackBerry Protect backing up your device, you can use BBSAK or the Desktop Manager software to wipe your device and re-install the OS.
