    how to program my bold 5 with desktop manager software and im also forgot my password phone. when connect the phone with usb, then run desktop manager, it appear retry, update and cancel. when i click to update, it want my password phone that im forgot my password.
    any suggestion how resolve my bold? thank

    You have to enter your password on your device incorrectly enough times to force a security wipe. Then you can set up your phone from scratch again. There is no way around that.
