    Hello guys I have a problem with my z3 which I have recently purchased the thing is that whenever somebody try to share a file from their other platform phones like android and windows they send the file but in my z3 it shows transfer cancelled I don't understand how to fix this while I send a file it sends to other from my side but receiving it not possible can anybody help pls

    Make sure your device is discoverable. You might also need to go to Bluetooth in the settings and tap to pair. some of devices you are trying to comumicate with will only work if you select to pair with them.

    If you are using nfc (which is my preference for quick transfers) make sure you hold the devices together for a couple seconds afterwards. It takes a second to enable bluetooth and setup the connection.

    Also, I think android devices need to have beam enabled (but not sbeam?)

    It happens with my moms windowsphone and my z10. I gave up with that and I just transfer the files over bluetooth and/or dropbox :-)
