    Successfully did the 10.3 Blitz... and have been downloading updates thru BlackBerry world as they come up... but my BBM id pics (including mine) are gone... suggestions on remedy!? In Contacts everybody shows up!?!? I have a Q10 if that matters... still learning, appreciate help and patience
