    I used to use Blend and it worked just fine - then there was an update on BetaZone so I updated my PP and my laptop - eversince then I am unable to use Blend and I really want to! It drops connection every �60 seconds and then reconnect and so it goes on, so I just stoppped using it altogether, is it just me or is it a known bug? Does anyone know if it is going to be fixed? Hope to hear some good news here.

    Beta versions may be buggy, they are offered to the BetaZone members to help BlackBerry hash out any issues.
    Report your issues in the BetaZone feedback, then uninstall/delete the beta version from your device and/or computer.
    Install the official release and see if the issue clears up.

    Also be sure to update both the desktop client and the device app when there is a new version. Without both being updated, you will almost certainly have a buggy experience.

    I upgraded to the newly rolled out version in Blackberry World and I also keep getting disconnected. I use Blend a lot and with the new update it just keeps on disconnecting.

    This is not the Beta version rather it is the version in Blackberry World.

    I also upgraded my desktop app and it keeps on disconnecting.

    Via WIFI and I don't have this issue prior to upgrade to Blend 1.2.

    I really am already dependent on the Blend and have been using it flawlessly the past 9 months. That's why I resisted to urge to try the Beta. And when it became public, I thought problems as simple as connection would already be resolved.

    At any rate, I also tried USB and it also disconnects. I also deleted the pairing of the device and repaired it. The problem is that it connects. But just doesn't stay connected and drops connection after a minute or so.

    I also tried uninstalling Blend in the desktop then reinstalled it back.

    I had similar issues with the Beta version. Reinstalled Blend on both of my devices. It works well now.

    Make sure you have these versions:

    BlackBerryDesktopSoftware_1.2.0.52_B59
    BlackBerry Blend 1.2.0.74

    PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2582 ‎Vodafone TR

    Reverted back to Blend 1.1.0.67 good thing I have a copy of the bar file and also Uninstaller Blend Desktop and reinstalled Desktop version 1.1.0.23 and everything is now working.

    Note to self: Don't upgrade to Blend 1.2.x until after a few public releases (to ensure it is already stable).

    BlackBerry Blend 1.2.0.74

    PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2582 ‎Vodafone TR
    Yup I do have both those versions. The desktop one is release July 8 and the Blend 1.2.0.74 is released on the same day, I believe.

    I am aware that Desktop and Mobile App versions should match.

    I really liked the bigger font of the new version, too bad I had to revert back to the old version.

    It did the same for me. I had to uninstall the desktop application and reinstall everything to make it work. After that it was very fast and it didn't disconnect at all.
