Hi, I did a security wipe on my new Blackberry Z10 OS 10.1.2. After 20 minutes the red and green lights started blinking and I pressed the 'Power' button and the device started the boot process. My problem is, after the boot process finished the device screen goes blank and nothing works. I tried rebooting the device by pressing the 'Power' button and the result was the same. Then i tried manually pulling out the battery and rebooting but the screen just wont come 'ON' after the boot process. Tried many times without any result. Please help !!!

Note : I did the security wipe because the device had problems accessing the 'Settings' icon after I upgraded the software OS from 10.1.1 to 10.1.2. The 'Settings' icon when pressed did not function and kept going to the main menu. My Blackberry Device is a STL 100-3 and came pre loaded with BB10 OS ver 10.1.1.

Have you tried downloading an OS, plugging into your PC and seeing if Link recognizes your phone? If it does you can run an autoloader and put on a new OS.

Do I need to connect the Device to the computer while downloading the OS ? Also, How do I run an autoloader ?

Install latest BlackBerry link. Plug your BlackBerry to your PC. Then click option to "reload OS". It will download the latest update if you want.
