    Hello everyone,
    I've been facing a problem since I've updated my laptop to Windows 10. Every time I connect my phone to it the laptop doesn't recognise my device.
    BlackBerry Desktop Software also not recognising it. The problem has come up since I've updated my pc to Windows 10.
    I'm running Z30STA100-2/10.3.2.2639, the latest available in India.

    Have you deleted and re installed BlackBerry Desktop ?

    I had the problem after updating to Window 10...

    Just deleted all things BlackBerry from my PC, rebooted.

    Downloaded the latest version of BLEND - which includes LINK and Drivers, and that fixed it.
