    I had tried to download the 10.3.1 update in my blackberry z3 from given link but after downloading and installing a 1 gb file and installing it started showing error of insufficient memory for downloading a 1.5 gb file.
    What to do??

    The same happened to me and you'll never get enough space to do the update otf. Use blackberry link software on your pc and update your device using it. I'm so much more in love with my Z3 after the update, especially the ability to use blend.
