How did you upgrade? Over the air? BBLINK? An autoloader?
If you used an autoloader make certain you used the correct version for your device.
Regardless you may simply need to reboot device or potentially reload the OS.

Follow this link and also source your autoloader from it.
You'll find 2876 in this link.

If you prefer a different OS use Thurasks archives.

Tried 2876 but no way

Which 10.3.2 version did you use and where did you source it from?
As I understand your problem is that ...
1.
you were able to successfully use the autoloader but simply lost the touch capability on your device...
2.
A second autoloader with version 2876 was successfully installed but your "touch" issue remains
Am I correct?
Make sure you sourced the z3 specific autoloader and try using Thurasks archives for your autoloader source.

yes you are correct
1- i use alot of blackberry 10 devices and i use same Z3 autoloader on another z3 phone and its works fine
2- 2876 is successfully installed but touch still not working
* i think there is wrong to upgrade from official 10.2.1 to leaked 10.3.2 directly :whew:
can i extract OS files and get a touch function to flash it with Sachesi
I'm not certain that particular function can be sourced and flashed. Personally I'd be trying a different OS version from those that remain available to you.
With that noted hopefully one of the resident technical gurus can provide a little more insight.
I'm of the opinion however if the device was fully functional prior to upgrade there was likely some sort of corruption during the process and you should be able to get it working with another attempt.(or two).
