    My Blackberry z10 became stuck in the start up. I fixed this but now it won't connect to a network. I have tried a battery pull and factory re-set. Replaced the sim in case it was damaged. Still can't connect, it says Vodafone voice only and sometimes displays gsm. Any ideas what it might be please. This seemed to happen after doing a software update.

    i would do another OS update by downloading an OS from CB and manually installing it.

    Check with your carrier to make sure they aren't having issues.
