    Try to hard reset your device first, hold your volume rocker arms down for 30 seconds, it may reboot.

    Pull your battery

    If that fails


    If you have blackberry link on your pc , open it attach your device and try to reload the OS. Hopefully you have a back up

    I've got the same problem too with my curve 9320, need to pull out the battery and put it back..
