[CrackBerry Question]

Getting bb10-0020 error message on phone. When plugged into laptop via usb, there is power to device and tries to start normally. The loading display gets about three quarters the way round then stops and reverts back to battery charging screen I leave plugged in charging for a few hours and try unplugging phone from charging source and it is dead - nothing. Is it the battery or battery and something else ?

For a brief time going to bberror.com/bb10-0020 actually gave what the error was, but due to their redesign you have to check the knowledge base.

Anyway, your battery is doing something: BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com/bb10-0020
