Blackberry Z10 os 10.2.1.2941 Picture apps quits, Mobile hotspot quits unexpectedly

Hi,

Since I have updated my z10 OS to 10.2.1 I am experiencing couple of issues. First one is that the picture app doesn't open. Whenever I try to open it quits. I haven't found a solution to this yet. Next, I just discovered that the Mobile hotspot is acting the same way. I configure the hotspot and the moment I press the "save" button the settings app quits. Can anyone please explain why this is happening and a solution to this if exists? I will really appreciate it.

With issues like this, usually I suggest a re-load of the OS.
I would download the OS again and use the autoloader and reload it.

Sure, I will try doing that. It's just that I have lots of applications and data of my phone, meaning that I have to back it up again restore them again after loading the OS. I will update the thread if that works.
