    hey there! i have blackberry z10 and wants to update to os 10.3.1.1565. and i've tried each and every method to update it i.e (OTA, using bb link and through bb website).but everything failed to update my device. i've also try to update after the hard reset even that also fails. frustrated from this device.
    PLEASE HELP! otherwise i'm going to throw this device for ever.
