    Hello I have a problem with whatsapp and bbm. I have a lot of timeouts when i send messages with both applications. Can anyone help me greetz

    Try these 4 things. start with 1 if that doesn't work go on with 2 etc
    1) Reboot
    2) Delete WhatsApp and reinstall it :P Same for BBM
    3)Reset Internetsettings
    4)Restore all settings
    5) security wipe

    Is your Internet connection fast enough? And what's the speed you get for downlink/uplink?

    I really don't have problems with BBM, but just wanted to know how to reinstall the BBM on BlackBerry 10 when you can't delete it...

    You cannot uninstall bbm on a BlackBerry10 device.

    If you're on 4G, speed shouldn't be a problem.

    Do a security wipe and then check. If all the info you shared is right, you shouldn't really be having that issue unless it's a bug. So a security wipe could fix it.

    I did the security wipe the problem is not over. Have anyone this problem? I mean it is not all the time But if i have an conversation frequently get an clock its verry anoying if you want to tell something important is it not sending
