    Internal Storage can't appear as mass storage instead of a network location?

    Not on a BB10 device, BlackBerry changed how these are seen by Windows and Mac. In a way it's good because besides directly connecting your device with a wire you can also use your wifi network to connect your device and transfer files.

    You can change it to Mass Storage by going to Settings> Storage & Access> all the way in the bottom of the page USB Mass Storage
