    I had my blackberry Z10 now for a while,but forget the password i had set it up with try changing it but that don't work as the phone keep asking for the original password,which i can't remember,i would like to back up all my data and reset the phone,so can anyone help me with this problem

    You will have 10 opportunities to enter the correct password. After that, the handset will wipe itself for security reasons. Good luck!!
