Then I have to connect my phone to PC and then I have to download 2GB of data to reload device.
    Please help me

Did you wipe with a factory reset in the Link option to Restore or did you use the Reload Device option in Link preferences?
If you are still having issues despite using Reload you may want to try an Autoloader. See the following for some directions.

I used Factory reset option but then after some time It failed with error 0015
    After that I restored device.

Whenever I restore my device using link I have to download 2GB of data on my phone.
Is there any way to save those files so that whenever I face some problems than I can restore my phone without downloading 2GB data each time
Can you tell me more about Autoloader
I saw it on net it is only heaving 10.3.1 update
    But I want 10.3.2

You can back the system or individual files etc with the backup options in Link but if anything is corrupted you are possibly saving part of your problem.

A clean OS install is your best option either with the Autoloader process described in the links or elsewhere in the forums.

The links I directed you to do include 10.2 and if you search through the forums you may even be able to get more recent versions.
