    Most of my account executives with a BB Z10 are experiencing issues when open certain attachments. For example they may receive an email with a multiple PDFs. 1 may open and another wont. If I access the file from another device it opens fine (i.e. BB Q10 or Droid)

    Instead of opening from the email, what about saving and opening from Docs to Go or Adobe Reader itself?
