My BlackBerry z10' battery doesn't go full means 100 % it stops charging after 90%. Please help me, what should I do??

Have you tried the usual? Take the battery out and then put it back in? Check your charger cable?
What OS are you using on your phone? It could be the OS needs to be reloaded as well.

Charge your phone until it stops (at 90% or whatever) then connect it to PC USB and it (will/might) charge to 100%

Is it a brand new battery?

If yes, do reboot the phone while the charger is plugged in. Some times the OS does not read the battery correctly.

It's a known issue with STL100-1. If that's your device, just ignore the % reading. Charge until it stops. And discharge until it gets low. Don't try anything because once you try to fix this, the phone will start shutting down at 30% etc.
