My BlackBerry z10 shows a battery of 80% but after some it shuts off and when I on my phone it shows a dead battery than I had to plunged in me charger and starts me cell than the time and date also changes. whats the problem is I can't understand. Anybody answere
Have you installed anything new lately to your phone?
It happens to me only that my phone displays the wrong battery % I had bought another battery and still the same I had that issue since I did the update ti 10.2.1

The z10 has a Awful battery when I had that phone my oaken wouldn't even last 5 hours it was crazy now I have a z30 it's awesome battery life and I think u should go to where u bought it and ask them to repair it if u have a warranty
