    Hi. How do I troubleshoot "camera can't be started" error? My settings won't open so I cannot do a security wipe. Please help.

    Log into BlackBerry Protect - http://protect.blackberry.com, wipe device and then start fresh.

    I've reboot a million times.
    This is what pops up when I try the BlackBerry Protect wipe:
    BlackBerry Z10 camera cannot be started, settings cannot be accessed-img_20141124_010327.png
