If yu are on 10.3.2.. its buggy as hell like 10.3. 1.. last time I went sailing smooth through the os was when I was on 10.2.1.
BlackBerry doesn't care to fix. My set hangs frequently and switch off without any signs.. even the basic call and contact windows are lagging and buggy. Fate!!

That might be the case for you, but it certainly isn't the case for most people; including myself. 10.3.2.2789 works nearly flawlessly.

Your battery is not tight enough and is moving... wedge it with a piece of paper.. it should work.

The first thing you should do is to explain exactly what you mean by 'switched off'. Do you mean that it won't turn on anymore? is that what you mean? If that's the case, bin it and find another.

I am assuming it is getting switched off because the battery is loose inside (happened with my Z10). In other words, it is getting disconnected from battery upon carrying or using the phone, hence it gets switched off. If that's the case, open up the phone, and carefully wedge the battery (ie gently insert a piece of paper between either end side of the battery) ensuring it is tight not moving/loose. Be careful not to damage it.
