intially whne i bought the phone the phone was working good taking expected time for charging and discharging but from couple of days there is a irregualrity even if the phone is completely charged and i reboot it the battery goes to 0% and it stays alive in 0% for hours and gain if u connect the phone to the charger it charges completely within an hour and than again within an hour it looses all its battery and comes to 0% and in 0% it stays alive for 3-4 hours with wi-fi on and normal brightness ? can u please suggest what possibly is wrong battery or the phone ??
its just have a month old .. ??

Sounds like a calibration issue. Or can you try a different battery?

Are you using the stl-1 ? I would try to reload the OS and maybe get a new battery.

its updated 10.2. something did even a security wipe with some hope the error would go but no help .anyways thanks
