    Hi,

    Need some help. After updating the latest version of blackberry world, now unable to open, keep saying An error has occurred and Blackberry World will be closed. Try waiting a few minutes and reopening Blackberry World. My Blackberry OS version is 10.2.1.3247. Thank you.

    You might have to reload it via a bar file. But try a hard reset first.

    Yap, I have tried both restart and hard reset, still the same. At that time, was updating a updates for apps and blackberry world. While updating, it just went back to home screen. From then, unable to launch blackberry world

    Frankly I really don't wish to reload the OS. Hopefully there's a workaround solution.

    Was having the same problem today on my Z10. As was the OP who started the following thread. Everything seems back to normal now. My advice. Give it some time.

    Search for Bla1ze bar file post to fix app world. Same thing happened to me after the update. Back to normal after installing the bar
