    Did anyone come up with a solution to this?

    I have been trying to upgrade to Parrot Pro and for some reason I don't have the PayPal option to purchase. I reloaded my credit card and it wont work either. Tried all the suggestions found with a search like resetting BB World, deleting and re installing the CC (It does get verified ok). And tried the payment Options in setting and it won't offer the PayPal option.

    On Passport running 10.3.1.2576

    I tried it also on my Q10 on Verizon. CC wont work even though the verification process worked. Set Pay Pal as the default and it said that PayPal periodically requires you to sign in, which I did and it didn't work. I then set Verizon as the default and was advised "This purchase could not be completed...etc"

    Does Blackberry World lock you out if there are too many attempts to purchase?

    Happened to me today with paypal payment in BlackBerry world. I just did it again 10 seconds later and it was fine. Must be server probs today I think. Don't worry about it.
