    Yes this issue is new. I have never had it before. I'm using Wi-Fi Internet. I'm out of my country but not using 3G

    If you are out of country it's likely a geographical restriction.

    Issue cleared when I'm back to my home country. It's a geographical restrictions issue. BlackBerry World now is working OK. Thank you
