Have you tried rebooting the device?

Do you have the BlackBerry connection symbol in the top bar (next to the network connection symbol)?

Try a "hard" reboot by holding both volume buttons at the same time, until the phone restarts. Wait for a few minutes after reboot, then open BlackBerry World again.

Doesn't holding both volume buttons just take a screenshot?

It does, but holding them longer should restart your phone.

Probably you'll have to reload the OS using BlackBerry Link, if this is not too much trouble for you.

If you decide to reload the OS:

    1. It's not recommended to restore your data afterwards (if you did a backup with Link), it might bring back the error.

    2. If you encrypted your SD Card, don't forget to cancel the encryption before reloading the OS, otherwise you'll lose the data stored on it.

    3. The data residing in the internal memory of the phone will be wiped too (regardless of it being encrypted or not), so make a copy of it on the SD Card or a PC before reloading the OS.

It's the only way I am aware of, I hope someone else has a less cumbersome solution.

It has started this after updating to 1154. This error is encountered when wifi is on. It works well with mobile network for me. probably, you can also try.

Did you tried another WiFi hotspot e.g. from another mobile device? Maybe its a DNS-Problem, I heard from a similar issue with the google play store with a german fixed net provider...?
