[CrackBerry Question]

Hi Guys,

I just got a new blackberry z10, it works fine initially, downloaded the software update, went on a mp3 music site downloaded a few free tunes, than after this my phone just suddenly switched itself off, I reloaded the screen came up froze and again switched off, when I plug my phone in without the battery it glows red, then goes off, nothing on the screen will load and the power button isn't working, tried doing this with the battery in too but nothing happens, any ideas anybody please?
