    How can I update. My blackberry Q10 to the new software update 10.3.1, I went to my settings and press software update, they tell me that I have the last software which is 10.2.1, and not 10.3.1, anyone can help?

    Who is your carrier? The easiest way for someone not familiar with autoloaders or Sachesi would be to wait until your carrier pushes the update OTA. But if that's not possible let us know and we'll go from there.

    Just so you know, not all carriers have pushed it yet and there are some that never will.
