    Whenever I forward an email to BlackBerry Travel I get one notice saying my trip has been updated, a second layer I get another email saying that my email wasn't read. When I send it again I get a notice saying that BlackBerry travel already has my information. A second later I get the email saying that my email hasn't been read. When I open BlackBerry travel I have no trips. Help?

    have you checked the website to see if it updated there? or to see if you have the correct email associated with your app? travel.blackberry.com

    Hmmmm... The e-mail not read message happened to my family last night. But the trip was processed and posted correctly. Like jaydee suggests maybe check to see you have the latest Travel installed.

    Okay, so I noticed that I had a different email on my profile, so I closed my account and re-registered with the email I was using for this trip. But after I registered when I went back into the settings the original email was there. Not the new one.

    I believe you can change your email on the website and even add one. Did you try that?
