Why can't blackberry give out surveys to all its existing blackberry users to see what we want

Thanks but I want to express my opinion to them
Why don't u start a survey type of a thread, we will follow with our feeds?

Funny, because since I bought my device last July I've received two surveys from BlackBerry. I've filled them both in and added additional comments even where it was perhaps not appropriate to the question.
You sure that some of these emails are not wandering in to your spam bin?
I got these too. Haven't seen them in a while, though. Probably still working on the millions of responses.
I got survey long ago
Well the second one that I got was roughly about six weeks ago, so they are still sending them out occasionally.
At the end if the day, BlackBerry want to make their customers happy and make money but customers
- don't always know what they want,
- don't always know what's good for them,
- have many, often conflicting, opinions that can never be satisfied.
I would be happy for a z40 I have the z10 and when they came out with a z30 I over it and in still rocking it and In a happy customer bit I think it's time for a upgrade with more apps on blackberry world
100% agree.
Only time will tell if BlackBerry are willing and able.
So . . . make it configurable. I have just migrated to a Classic from a Palm Treo 650, and I am dumbfounded at how many basic features that were available on an 6 year old OS and apps are not on the Blackberry. :crying:
That's true
Make it configurable is just another opinion that conflicts with: the OS is bloated and slow, make it leaner / there are too many complicated configuration options, you have to be a geek to use BlackBerry / I want a secure OS but all this complexity has introduced too many security vulnerabilities /...
I'd like BlackBerry to do things my way too, but if they listen to every numpty like me, they'll be turning off the lights permanently sooner rather than later.
BlackBerry have to read the (future) market and guess what will make people happy. Success is (partially) based on how good this guess is. Customer surveys just give clues.
But I guess there is no harm in expressing your wish list in the forum, you never know who might be reading...
I'd participate 10 times in a survey about not making BlackBerry 10 like android. They're really getting off the road!
