    Hi, I decided to wipe my torch 9850 as it kept freezing on reboot however once I did instead of wiping the phone it went on a completely blank white screen. There is no hourglass or error message. I don't know what to do.

    Pull the battery and put it back in. Not much can be done sitting around like a lump on a log watching paint dry.
