    My Blackberry 10 OS got 10.3 update on Blackberry Q5, when i started to update thee device, it showed that phone has insufficient memory, So i decided to wipe the device. After the wipe process, the device showed BB-0015 error, after whichI tried on looking on solution which was given on Blackberry Knowledge Base (KB-34545), I followed the steps correctly bu in the end after extracting the device software, the link software showed that An Unspecified error has occured (A:0x00000049). Now, my phone is stuck in the middle now but the LED is blinking in the pattern (10111011). Please help me to solve this problem.
