I have a Blackberry Q10 O.S 10.3.2.2836 having issues with the battery.

The battery when charged full, it drains in 2mins from 100% to 1%. Have bought a new battery but the problem is persistent.

Would highly appreciate if you could help to resolve the same.

If the problem persists despite a new battery you may have a software issue.

If you can, try device monitor to help identify any possible drain from an errant app or service.

You can also try a hard reboot of device...hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and the BlackBerry boot logo reappears.

If the problem persists you may need to reload your OS.
It's also possible that there is a hardware / circuit failure but start simple.
